Challenge
Without being able to touch the product in person, many users felt unsure about the quality and finish of materials. While free samples were offered, the option wasn’t visible enough throughout the site — limiting its potential to reduce hesitation and build trust during the decision-making process.
Results
We elevated the visibility of the free sample CTA, especially on product detail pages (PDPs), using better placement and messaging. This led to a +462.63% increase in CTA clicks on desktop, a +1,411.07% increase on mobile, and an 85.39% lift in transactions on desktop. Results confirmed that users who saw the CTA early in the journey were more likely to convert — making this a powerful trust-building asset.
